Trekking in manaslu region opened in 1992 which offers a combination of rich cultural heritage , unsurpassed beauty and a great bio- diversity . Trekking in this region begins from the ancient place of Arughat in Dhading .It begins to get more serious with the start of the Gangaki river Vlley . On the way it offers visitors many beautiful rivers and waterfalls.
Circumnavigating manaslu is one of the toughest treks in Nepal ,one with sensational mountain views and one of the most dramatic Himalayan passes theLarkya La ( 5213m). Much of this trek is in the region we can see panoramic views of different mountain ranges , This is an area of strong Tibetan influence with the trade routes to Tibet still active. This is a newly opened trekking route, Manaslu trekking starts from Arughat and ends in Beshisahar
