Road from Katmandu to Chitwan National park Nepal.(Elephants)- Feb 2012. We were stopped in every town to pay a "toll" for Shiva's birthday.(Shivaratri) *We never actually made it to Chitwan, had to turn back because of a major road block later on. Don't travel by road on Shivarti! (Sorry video is shaky -fast driver/rough road.)
