Lukla, Nepal is the start of the trail to Mt Everest. It's considered fairly remote with one of two options to get there -- a walk in or plane flight into one of the most dangerous airports in the world. Flying low through the fog, surrounded by enormous mountain and guided by what only looks like the GPS in my car ensures anyone's knuckles turn white.
