Everest Trek Nepal - Local Masons breaking rock for building construction [00:28]
This was back breaking work. Most of the buildings are built from rock harvested this way. It takes about 3hours to turn 1 chunk of rock into a brick. The workmanship is amazing. Check out the timing of the work to the passing of the local girls. It's the same with construction workers all over the world.
