Versió de 60 segons. ---------------------------- Versió friqui (molt friqui) de meu viatge cicloturista de Lhasa (Tibet) a Kathmandu (Nepal), creuant l'Himàlaia, l'estiu del 2010 (finals de juliol, fins a la tercera setmana d'agost). 17 dies de bicicleta, tot ciclant tranqui però amb estil, fent turisme i fotos. 3 dies (4 nits) d'aclimatació a Lhasa fent turisme. 1 dia de descans a Shigatse per fer turisme. Dormim més de la meitats de les nits en tenda de campanya. Som 8 amics ciclistes de Barcelona, Mataró i Sant Cugat, Catalunya. Bicicleta Orbea "La que nunca se estropea". Friendship Highway, desviant-nos a Sakya, i al Camp Base de l'Everest (Monestir de Rongbuk). 1170 Km en bicicleta. "La" vol dir "Coll" en tibetà.
