Week 4 & 5 - It's raining a little bit... [07:24]
Understatement of the century, courtesy of Miss Megan Malley (I love a good alliteration). Rain, rain, go away, at least long enough to let up traffic a little bit. We're used to the extended commute and varying weather by now, but it's still a sight to see. Brief video rundown: Spontaneous waterfall/rivers, Incestuous Royalty, "Holy Beer" festivals, power outage forts, an Irish pub, french fries, "4th" of July party, fake money, and Megan being a child.

I'm entitled to a "tika", the pigment dot in the middle of the forehead. I personally find it nice and funny. If the lady paints it on me, is to bring me good luck, protection. Altogether, we're going to attend various celebrations, through temples in Durban Square. There's color everywhere, stamped by incense smoke, detailed sculptures, sometimes gigantic, scattered in every nook and cranny, trees embracing the temples on which they grow, women allegories of beauty, of gold, of pigments, guys who follow you for an hour to sell a flute... Yes, I had in mind beautiful images of Nepal. No, I was far from imagining how much ...
