Trekking in Himalaya

Hundreds of stone steps. From Phedi (1430 m) up through Dhampus to Pothana (1890 m). Magnificent views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchre. From Pothana lovely route with hanging bridges to Landruk (1565 m), followed by a bridge over the Modi River (1060 m) to Ghandruk (1940 m). Last day - down to Nayapul (1070 m) with views of the terraced fields. On our way we pass settlements and shrines; mules transporting timber, sheep graze on the slopes, and water buffalo wander through the narrow paths.
